Title Insurance; revises & clarifies application of provisions re title insurance agents, policies, premiums, rates, contracts, charges, & practices; specifies components of unearned premium reserve for certain financial statements; provides limitation on payment of portions of premiums for primary title services; specifies certain alternative premium rates to be charged by title insurers for certain title ins. contracts for certain period, etc. Amends FS.
