GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Harrington ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Casey ; Feeney ; Lynn ; Crist ; Murman

Public Records/Motor Vehicle Records; revises exemption from public records requirements for personal information contained in motor vehicle record; restricts disclosure of such info. upon presentation of license plate number only; provides that photographic or digital images shall not be knowingly disclosed except as provided in certain provision; repeals provisions which authorize HSMV to sell copies of photos, other images, & other driver's license & ID card information, etc. Amends FS.
