GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Betancourt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Constantine
Driving & Boating Under Influence; provides third-degree-felony penalty for third or subsequent conviction for driving or boating under influence; reduces blood-alcohol level or breath-alcohol level for increased penalties when person is convicted under either of these sections from 0.20 or higher to 0.16 or higher & minor accompanied person at time of offense; increases present penalties & fines to conform; conforms provisions in sentencing guidelines. Amends FS.
