Community Centers/Grant Program; authorizes DCA to administer grant program for funding acquisition, renovation, or construction of community centers; authorizes counties, municipalities & certain qualified corporations to apply for such grants; requires that grant recipient provide certain matching funds; provides for preference to be given to certain projects; provides limitations; provides for review panel to review grant applications, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
