Criminal Use of Personal ID Info.; provides that person who willfully & without authorization uses, or possesses with intent to use, personal ID information concerning individual without previously obtaining individual's consent commits either offense of fraudulent use of personal ID info. or offense of harassment by use of personal ID info., depending on specified circumstances; provides penalties, etc. Creates 817.568; reenacts 464.018(1)(d), 772.102(1)(a), 895.02(1)(a).
