HB 503: DUI/Substance Abuse Education Course

GENERAL BILL by Russell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murman ; Fasano ; Greenstein ; Sanderson

DUI/Substance Abuse Education Course; provides that any person convicted of driving under influence must, in addition to any other penalties provided by law, complete substance abuse education course conducted by licensed DUI program, including psychosocial evaluation, &, if referred, substance abuse treatment; provides criteria for granting of DUI program licenses & deletes obsolete language; authorizes fee, etc. Amends 316.192,.193, 322.271,.291,.292.
