Public Record/Copying/ID Information; requires that persons wishing to examine or copy public record must supply certain identifying information & specifies that such requirement is "reasonable condition"; provides that access to certain confidential personal information may be granted to agencies for employment purposes; requires such agencies to maintain confidentiality of such information. Amends 119.07.
