GENERAL BILL by Tourism ; Sembler ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Reddick

Spring Training Franchise Facilities; defines "retained spring training franchise"; provides that additional local option tourist development taxes presently authorized to finance construction or renovation of professional sports franchise facility may also be used to finance acquisition, construction, or renovation of retained spring training franchise facility; corrects reference, etc. Amends 125.0104. APPROPRIATION: $7,500,000.
