TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy
Trust Funds/DOI; abolishes Fire College Trust Fund & transfers balance to Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund; re-creates Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund; carries forward current balances & continues current sources & uses thereof; conforms provisions to transfer of balance of Fire College Trust Fund to Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund. Amends 624.516, 633.445,.46,.461,.50; repeals 633.45(1)(r).
Effective Date: 07/01/1999 except s. 2 shall take effect 11/04/2000
