Trust Funds/DOI; abolishes Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Guaranty Fund & transfers its balance to Treasurer's Administrative & Investment TF; re-creates Treasurer's Administrative & Investment Trust Fund; carries forward current balances & continues current sources & uses thereof; amends & repeals certain provisions re Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Guaranty Fund, etc. Amends 697.205; repeals 697.203.
Effective Date: 07/01/1999 except s. 2 which takes effect 11/04/2000
