GENERAL BILL by Business Regulation & Consumer Affairs ; Law Enforcement & Crime Prevention ; Bloom

Pawnbrokers & Secondhand Dealers; provides that Consumer Services Div. of Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. must approve design & format of pawnbroker transaction forms in consultation with FDLE; provides for statewide system for collecting & accessing pawnshop ticket & secondhand dealer information; requires Fla. Sheriffs' Association Statewide Task Force to administer system; provides for electronic transfer of transactions of secondhand goods, etc. Amends 539.001, 538.04, 812.155.
