GENERAL BILL by Stafford ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jacobs ; Heyman
DUI/Alcohol or Drugs/Chemical Test; provides that it is first-degree misdemeanor for person to refuse to submit to chemical test of his or her breath, blood, or urine upon request of law enforcement officer who has reasonable cause to believe such person was driving under influence of alcohol or drugs; requires that person be informed that it is crime to fail to submit to test for presence of alcohol or drugs upon request of such officer, etc. Creates 316.1939; amends 316.1932.
