Economic Development/Rural Areas; provides requirements for future land use element of local government comprehensive plan re rural areas; authorizes Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to recommend to Legislature additions to or deletions from list of standard industrial classifications used to determine eligible business for purposes of Rural Job Tax Credit Program; creates Rural Economic Dev. Initiative within said office, etc. Amends 163.3177, 212.098, 288.106. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000.
