GENERAL BILL by Fuller ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Putnam ; Harrington

Sport Shooting Ranges; provides definitions; provides exemption from civil liability & criminal prosecution for owners & users of sport shooting ranges re noise pollution resulting from operation of range under certain circumstances; exempts said ranges from specified rules; prohibits certain nuisance actions against such ranges; provides for continued operation of sport shooting ranges under specified circumstances.
