GENERAL BILL by Myers

Public Food Service Establishments; transfers certain powers, duties, functions, & assets of DBPR re regulating public food service establishments to Health Dept.; provides for registry of mobile food dispensing vehicles; prescribes guidelines for temporary food service events; prescribes rights of food service establishments; provides for admission of, & ejection of, undesirable guests; prohibits smoking in public food services establishments, etc. Amends FS.
