GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grant
Grandparents' Visitation Rights; provides factors that court must consider in deciding whether to grant visitation rights to grandparents; limits frequency of grandparent visitation rights action; applies attorney's fees provision to actions under specified provision; applies criteria for determining visitation rights of grandparents in pending actions; encourages courts to address grandparent visitation rights in dissolution of marriage actions, etc. Amends 752.01, 61.13.
