Criminal Justice Training; creates provisions re criminal justice training; provides for transfer of existing programs & facilities from school districts to community colleges; provides for funding; provides guideline for future approval of programs; revises minimum qualifications for employment as law enforcement or correctional officer; revises requirements re basic recruit, advanced, & career development training programs, etc. Amends 943.13,.17,.31.
