GENERAL BILL by Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Klein

Homicide/Vehicular & Vessel; increases penalties imposed for committing offense of vehicular homicide or vessel homicide; increases penalties imposed for committing vehicular homicide or vessel homicide & failing to give information & render aid when offender knew, or should have known, that accident occurred; amends certain provision re Criminal Punishment Code to conform references to changes made by act. Amends 782.071,.072, 921.0022.
