Workers' Compensation; includes licensed psychologists under terms physician or doctor; deletes an exclusion of certain chiropractic services from medically necessary treatment, care, & svcs. under certain circumstances; includes chiropractic physicians under term "medical care coordinator" for certain purposes; provides for access to said physicians; includes licensed psychologists under an authorization to determine permanent impairment. Amends Ch. 440.
