Culpable Negligence/Financial Injury; provides definitions; specifies offense of culpable negligence causing public financial injury; specifies elements of offense; provides penalties; requires certain notice in certain state contracts; specifies that failure to provide such notice does not constitute defense to offense; provides for prosecuting such offenses. Creates 812.030.
