Rural Hospital Capital Improvement; provides mechanism for disbursement of funds to rural hospitals; provides application requirements; prescribes uses of fund; provides duties of Health Dept.; provides rulemaking authority for establishment of criteria for disbursement of grant funds; redefines term "rural hospital"; provides for date of applicability. Creates 395.6061; amends 395.602, 409.9116.
