Public Works Projects/Suits; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S240,810) specifies conditions under which suits may be brought by & against public authority re specified public works projects; provides for rights, obligations, remedies, & defenses of public authority & contractor; excludes specified basis of liability; provides for construction of act; limits extent of liability for any employee or agent of public authority. Amends 255.05.
