Homestead Exemption/65 Years & Older; authorizes boards of county commissioners & municipal governing authorities to grant by ordinance additional homestead exemption for persons 65 & older whose household income does not exceed specified amount; provides definitions; provides for annual adjustment of income limitation; provides requirements for such ordinances; provides application when title is held jointly with right of survivorship, etc. Creates 196.075.
