Public Records/Film Commissioner; provides exemption from public records requirements for information held by Office of Film Commissioner re specified information re business activities or applications for tax exemptions of private persons, partnerships, or corporations in entertainment industry, when such confidentiality is requested; provides penalty for violation of act; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 288.1251.
