Optometry; revises requirements re rules of Board of Optometry; authorizes administration & prescription of pharmaceutical agents within scope & standards of optometric practice as established by board by rule & provides requirements with respect thereto; eliminates prohibition against use of laser technology & authorizes such use within scope & standards of optometric practice as established by board by rule, etc. Amends Ch. 463.
