Assistive Technology; provides that consumer determines whether assistive technology device is defective for purposes of express warranty; requires manufacturer or assistive technology device dealer to make repairs necessary to conform device to warranty; allows consumers to submit disputes to Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept.; provides for registration of dealers & for fees & application procedures, etc. Amends Ch. 427.
