GENERAL BILL by Minton ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Betancourt ; Wilson ; Levine

One School, One Nurse Act; requires that certain services be documented in local school health services plan; creates provision re public-private partnerships for provision of school nurse services; provides for scope of services to be provided; specifies persons who must submit to background screening requirements for school health services providers; requires study of training requirements for school health nurses, etc. Amends 381.0056, 768.28; creates 381.0058,.0059. APPROPRIATION: $75,000.
