Euthanasia of Animals; revises requirements for euthanasia of animals; requires anesthetizing under certain circumstances; provides for procedures required for euthanasia of animals other than dogs & cats; authorizes agents of societies or associations for prevention of cruelty to animals to humanely destroy animal under emergency situations; specifies methods for confirmation of death, etc. Amends 828.058; repeals 828.065.
