Architects Management Corporation; provides for construction in case of judicial holdings of invalidity; provides for licensure by corporation; provides that corporation is entity that renews architect licenses; provides for licensure of engineers by Fla. Engineers Management Corporation; revises education requirements for licensure; provides that FEMC is entity that renews engineer licenses, etc. Amends Chs. 471, 481.
