Ad Val Taxes/Refund on Damaged Homes; provides for partial refund of taxes levied in 1998 on residential property destroyed or damaged by forest fire; provides procedures & requirements; applies retroactively to January 1, 1998, & applies only to ad valorem taxes levied in 1998.
