Year of the River/Year 2000; proclaims year from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2000 as "The Year of the River" re Chattahoochee & Apalachicola Rivers; encourages Floridians & visitors to Fla., in areas surrounding Chattahoochee & Apalachicola Rivers, to participate in activities to develop recreational, tourism, & economic potential of these resources in coordination with states of Georgia & Alabama.
