Small Co. Courthouse Facilities; (THIS BILL COMBINES S914,220) authorizes Supreme Court, through DMS, to administer grant program to provide small counties with funding for acquisition, renovation, or construction of county courthouse facilities; authorizes small counties to apply for such grants; requires that recipient provide certain matching funds; provides that DMS may not allocate project grant unless project is approved by Legislature, etc.
