Victim/Witness Protection/Employment; prohibits dismissal of certain persons for appearing as witness in certain proceedings; provides for determination of contempt of court; provides right of civil action against employer for violating specified provisions; provides for compensatory damages, punitive damages, & attorney fees; prohibits dismissal from employment of victim or prosecution witness in criminal or juvenile case who is summoned to testify in court, etc. Amends 960.001,.004.
