Kuttler, Dr. Carl M., Jr.; commends Dr. Carl M. Kuttler, Jr., for the superlative leadership he has shown during 20 years as President of St. Petersburg Junior College, & especially wishes to recognize the honor Dr. Kuttler has brought to his educational institution, his city, & this state, as 1998 recipient of national Chief Executive Officer of Year Award bestowed by National Association of Community College Trustees in Washington, D.C.
