GENERAL BILL by Ryan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ball ; Sembler ; Feeney ; Miller
Obscenity/Library Computers; requires public libraries to install & maintain computer software that prohibits access to obscene materials; requires that such software be installed & maintained on at least one-half of computers that library makes available for public use; defines term "sexually explicit image"; provides that person may not knowingly send or transmit sexually explicit image to child under specified age; provides penalty. Amends 827.071, 847.0135.
