GENERAL BILL by Gutman
Court Costs/Community Service; provides for conversion of court-ordered obligations to pay court costs into obligations to perform community service, under specified circumstances; provides for assessments against person for reimbursements for costs of processing bench warrants & pickup orders; provides for penalties. Amends 938.30.
