Health Care Practitioner/Relicensure; amends provisions re relicensure requirements for physicians, osteopathic physicians, chiropractic physicians, & podiatrists; revises requirements for submitting fingerprints to Health Dept. for renewal of licensure. Amends 455.565, 458.319, 459.008, 460.407, 461.007.
