Entertainment Florida Act of 1999; creates Office of Film Commissioner; provides procedure for selection of said commissioner; creates Fla. Film Advisory Council within Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development of Executive Office of Governor; specifies duties of direct-support organization re promotion of sports industry, amateur sports, & physical fitness; provides requirements re Sunshine State Games, etc. Amends Ch. 288, 14.2015, 320.08058; repeals 14.22. APPROPRIATION.
