GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Rossin
Property/Tax Certificates; prohibits holders of tax certificates from contacting owner of property upon which tax certificate is issued until expiration of specified time; provides penalty; provides for date to begin timing limitation on tax certificate. Amends 197.432,.482.
