Sales Tax Exemptions; provides exemption for works of art purchased or imported for purpose of donation to educational institution; revises industries to which exemption for electricity or steam used in certain manufacturing & related operations applies; provides exemption for labor charges for, & parts & materials used in, repair of machinery & equipment used to produce tangible personal property at fixed location by specified industries, etc. Amends 212.08.
