GENERAL BILL by Election Reform ; Flanagan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Henriquez ; Futch ; Detert ; Wilson ; Brown ; Crow ; Stafford

Absentee Ballots; revises definition of "absent elector" to remove "for cause" requirements; modifies absentee ballot certificates & instructions to absent electors; modifies information that must be included on absentee ballot; prescribes information that absent elector's designee must include with said ballot; deletes prohibition against persons witnessing more than five ballots in election; repeals provisions re absentee ballot coordinators, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
