Campaign Finance Reform Act; provides short title; revises definitions of terms "political committee," "contribution," "expenditure," & "political advertisement"; eliminates provision that authorizes unrestricted expenditure of funds for purpose of jointly endorsing three or more candidates; provides additional requirements for registration of political committees & certification of committees of continuous existence, which relate to committee name, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
