Assault Weapons/County Ordinance; defines term "assault weapon"; authorizes county to adopt ordinance prohibiting purchase, sale, manufacture, possession, or transportation of such weapon; provides that ordinance may not conflict with general law authorizing purchase, sale, possession, or transportation of assault weapon to or by law enforcement agency or law enforcement officer, etc.
