Domestic Violence; provides for establishment of domestic violence fatality review teams to review fatal & near-fatal incidents of domestic violence; provides for representation on said teams; exempts certain information & records acquired by domestic violence fatality review team from discovery in civil actions or disciplinary proceedings; creates grant program for awarding funds to certified domestic violence centers, etc. Creates 741.316.
