Professional Guardians; requires professional guardians to register with Statewide Public Guardianship Office; provides for investigation & background screening; provides for issuance of certificates of registration; provides for denial, suspension, or revocation of said certificates; provides that it is unlawful to hold appointment as professional guardian without first obtaining certificate of registration; provides penalty, etc. Creates 744.3146.
