Florida Retirement System; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1054,1440) includes certain correctional probation officers within Special Risk Class of FRS; specifies criteria for inclusion of correctional probation officers; provides for inclusion of probation & parole circuit & deputy circuit administrators; adds asst. state attorneys, assistant statewide prosecutors, assistant public defenders & legislative assistants to Senior Mgmt. Service Class, etc. Amends 121.021,.0515,.055.
