Florida's State Parks/America's Best; commends DEP's Recreation & Parks Division for receiving 1999 National State Park Gold Medal, signifying that Florida's state park system is best in all 50 states; encourages all Floridians to support Florida's state parks, voted "America's Best"; recognizes July, 2000, as "Parks & Recreation Month" in celebration of benefits of all state, national, & local parks in Florida.
