GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Carlton

Local Option Tourist Taxes; authorizes appointment of alternate delegate member for county governing body to council on children's services; provides that county that elects to assume responsibility for audit & enforcement re local option tourist development tax, area of critical state concern tourist impact tax, or convention development taxes may use certified public accountants in administering its duties, etc. Amends 125.901,.0104, 212.0305,.055, 213.053.
