GENERAL BILL by Ogles

Taxation; provides that amounts paid by taxpayer in error because of error in tax notice must be refunded by tax collector or applied to taxes actually due; provides for award of reasonable attorney's fees & costs of appeal to prevailing appellant on appeal of assessment imposed or refund denied under certain provision, under specified circumstances; provides conditions under which taxpayer's liability may be compromised, etc. Amends FS.
