Students/In-school Suspension; revises definition of "in-school suspension" to include additional alternative program; provides funding for establishment of On-Campus Intervention Programs (OCIPs); provides process for applying to Education Commissioner for funds to establish & conduct OCIP; provides program requirements; requires annual report; provides for future repeal. Amends 228.041; creates 230.23155. APPROPRIATION: $20,000,000.
